Are in-person lessons available in multiple cities?
In-person sessions are available in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya. Additional pop-up studios open seasonally based on demand.
What equipment do I need for online classes?
A stable connection (10 Mbps+), headphones, and a quiet room are recommended. A USB mic is a plus but not required.
How long are the lessons?
Standard lessons run 50 minutes. Intensive and ensemble sessions may vary and are noted on the schedule.
Is there a trial class?
Yes, we offer a paid 30-minute trial session that can be credited toward your course if you enroll within 7 days.
Do you prepare students for auditions or exams?
Absolutely. We provide structured audition prep, repertoire coaching, and mock panels for ABRSM, Trinity, and contemporary showcases.
How do cancellations work?
Cancellations under 24 hours are counted as used. Exceptions apply for emergencies; contact support as soon as possible.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri), credit/debit cards, and e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA).
Can parents observe children’s lessons?
Yes, for young learners we allow observation during the first two sessions. After that, we encourage independent learning time.
